When Dena Patten came into my life, it was by divine design. I was talking with a friend about my goals…not just ordinary business ‘ get ahead, make millions’ goals but something unique that had been a passion and a hobby of mine for almost a decade.   I wanted to earn the U.S. Title in the Silver Pro/Am Standard division of ballroom dancing. Crazy huh? To be the best in this was so tough and I had some really incredible competitors. Women who spent thousands on the right partner, the right coach, the right dress and so on, but I never heard anyone spending the money on the right mindset. Well, with the right mindset, anything can be accomplished. ANYTHING. This mindset was called The Greatness Game.

Much of my time coaching with Dena actually seemed to have nothing to do with dancing, but mostly in my life and business. But through this very special time in my life I learned Dena’s framework on how to master my mindset. There was a lot of fallout (things that I was doing that did not serve me) and debris (people that were in my life that were put at bay because of drama) as I shot up in my dance standings. I began to play the right games and they were the ones I was winning.

The day came when I was at the United States Dancesport Championships, standing on deck with my partner. Even on that day, I had to make hard choices to push away the drama around me in order to focus on the 5 minutes that would ultimately win the title for me. Truly this was a major victory in my life and without Dena, I would not hold 3 more US titles In Open Gold American Smooth (the highest division possible to an amateur) including 1 World Title in American Smooth!

Not only did Dena teach me to win the games I was playing she taught me to pivot quickly in business, to be a big thinker and to never underestimate my God, my Gifts and my Greatness. In her book, The Greatness Game, Dena sums this up perfectly and she teaches you how to do exactly this. “Your gifts and greatness were gifts from God, and your gift back to Him is owning, using and sharing them with the world through your platform and roles.” Dena can teach you how to be a millionaire for sure…but her coaching and care is much deeper than this and can be a pivotal moment in your life where you can learn to win every important game you are playing.

I completed a half day VIP program with Dena. In this 4.5 hour session she was able to help me create a marketing plan for the year, 30 second commercial, a complete double sided take away marketing piece, and a retractable banner design all with the same landing language that will appeal for my target audience. She was quickly and succinctly able to take my words and transform them into an understandable and appealing message to my target audience. It was one of the best investments into myself and business that I have done this past year. Many times in business you attend seminars, presentations, coaching sessions or educational conferences and walk away having been entertained or with a few tips or an overview of general theories as to what to do to improve your business and possibly your life. Rarely will you come across a gem like Dena Patton. Today I completed a half day landing makeover/strategy session with Dena and have so many valuable tools to employ in my business they are too many to count. I have been working with Dena about 2 months now, and it’s the best gift I’ve ever given myself. In the first weeks I already see change, and so have others who know me.
